I’ve been doing Pilates with Sarah for a couple of years. Over this time I’ve noticed a real improvement in my mobility, balance and joint movements - to the point where I really notice my body struggling if I have to miss a session.

 

It turns out I do actually have a ‘core’, and (as a peri-menopausal, significantly overweight woman in a highly stressful job) pilates has also given me a welcome opportunity for mindfulness and calm-Louise

I have so much more movement the day after Pilates-Karen

I practise these stretches at home, they’re really helping with tight hips-Beth

I love these classes. It’s just some time for me.

I’ve got feeling in my feet I’ve not had for years. It’s like magic-David

The breathing has really helped me to relax.

I didn’t realise I wasn’t using my core.

I didn’t know what my core was or how to use it. Now I do.

I’ve had comments on how much better my back is in terms of posture and strength. I didn’t even realise it wasn’t aligned.

I can walk the dogs further and I can reach the higher branches on the trees to trim them back for the winter-Christine

I’ve paid ££££ for physio but after just a few weeks of Pilates, I have much more range with the arm I could hardly move at all-Bernie
