I’ve been doing Pilates with Sarah for a couple of years. Over this time I’ve noticed a real improvement in my mobility, balance and joint movements - to the point where I really notice my body struggling if I have to miss a session.
It turns out I do actually have a ‘core’, and (as a peri-menopausal, significantly overweight woman in a highly stressful job) pilates has also given me a welcome opportunity for mindfulness and calm-Louise
